The article discusses international relations between the U.S. and Turkey. It reports on how global challenges and developments affected relations between the two countries, with emphasis on the continued dependence of Turkey on the political and strategic support being offered by the U.S. and other North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) allies. It is also noted that the U.S. provides annual military and security assistance worth almost 10 million U.S. dollars to the region. |
