Abstrakt: A Palmaz stent had dislodged into the left pulmonary artery after TIPS. After transfemoral catheterization of the left pulmonary artery, the stent was retrieved into the right femoral vein employing an angioplastic balloon catheter and finally extracted after surgical venotomy.
