Three cases of upper gastrointestinal perforation affecting the stomach, duodenum, and jejunum, respectively, are described. Each occurred in premature infant with oesophageal atresia and tracheo-oesophageal fistula on ventilatory support. In each case there was a delay in diagnosis. All infants survived.
