The article profiles Kakao's candy maker Brian Pelletier. It says that Pelletier knew he will spend the rest of his life with chocolates, wherein it highlights that he had no clue what it took to be a chocolatier. It states that Pelletier had rented space in a catering kitchen in St. Louis, Missouri and was making candy to sell at few retail shops and farmers' markets. It adds that Kakao's candies are all natural and were made in small batches by hand. |
