| Abstrakt: |
The article presents a study on the effects of different concentrations of cobalt, mercury, and magnesium ions on the growth of nucleolus and nucleus of the roots of Allium cepa. The study conducted various methods such as preparation of the solutions in a tap water, and providing macroscopic observations on the roots. The study found out the decrease on root growth after increasing the solutions of magnesium and cobalt and its effects on diploid nucleus. |
