ELISA regulatory application: Compliance monitoring of simazine and atrazine in California soils.

Abstrakt:	The article presents a study which investigated the use of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA) for the analysis of atrazine and simazine in soils in California. The study measured the efficacy of ELISA to detect atrazine and simazine compared to gas chromatography (GC). Result shows the significant effect of ELISA for the analysis of atrazine and simazine in soils for regulatory compliance monitoring.
