Abstrakt: The content of primary and secondary hydroxyl end groups in polyethers is determined by means of 360 MHz H NMR spectroscopy of the trichloroacetyl isocyanate modified polymers. For poly (ethylene oxide-co-propylene oxides) the NMR analysis allows a rapid analysis of the nature of the polyether end groups as well as the presence of other end groups resulting from side reaction.
