The article presents a conversation between curators Catherine Hale and Carla Taunton on various topics including curatorial practice, art in Canada, and the exhibition "Conversation Pieces: African Textiles From Barbara and Bill McCann's Collection." Hale says that the exhibition featured over 60 works form Morocco to South Africa. Taunton states that dialogues incorporating multiple perspectives is central to vital developments in aboriginal visual and material culture exhibition in Canada. |
