Abstrakt: The article presents information on the factual plausibility standards enacted by the U.S. Supreme Court, according to which a complaint must survive a motion to dismiss. It further discusses several cases related to these issues including Bell Atlantic Corp. v. Twombley and Ashcroft v. Iqbal. It then discusses the decisions of these trials. It also discusses the fact based pleadings.
