Dentogenic nasal septal abscess.

Abstrakt: The article presents the case of a 41-year-old man who presented with foreign-body sensation in his nose, nasal airway obstruction, and swollen upper lip. The man had had a root canal ten days before. The man was found to have a nasal septal abscess (NSA), with x-ray showing a periapical lesion associated with the upper left second incisor, where the root canal was performed. Aspiration and resection of the mass was performed. Further information on NSAs is provided.
