Abstrakt: The article focuses on the study regarding the role of β-III spectrin in the morphological development of Purkinje cell. It explores the dissociated cerebellar cultures of mice using immunofluorescence microscopy, electron microscopy, and Golgi impregnation. It also explores the effect of β-III spectrin loss in Purkinje cell spine density and the molecular processes for the development of Purkinje cell, and the physiological effect of β-III spectrin loss.
