Abstrakt: The article presents a study which examines the different attitude of the public on the use of racial or ethnic profiling by law enforcers to prevent crime and terrorism in the U.S. The study uses survey-based experiments and multivariate analyses to determine the different context of public approval. Results show that college students will likely oppose racial profiling due to their educational background while White students might approve the use of racial profiling than non-White students.
