| Abstrakt: | The article describes a case study on the barley fungicide strategy of Lincolnshire, England farmer Philip Hirst. He talks about how barley does not always bring in plenty of sales but that it fits very well into rotation. Independent agronomist James Genever role in assisting Hirst develop a fungicide strategy is considered. The importance of getting the first fungicide application on in time as well as subsequent applications is also discussed. |
