Abstrakt:	The article discusses the efforts of the Saint Louis University School of Public Health, through the Neighbor to Neighbor partnership, to establish the public health of families in Blumeyer Village. The objectives of the partnership are to coordinate the multifaceted services provided by the university to the neighboring communities and to associate university and community organizations in a focused interdisciplinary effort to increase the quality of life of at-risk children and families in the neighborhood.
