| Abstrakt: |
The authors reflect on studies in relation to pharmogenomics and pharmacogenetics. They reveal that the Human Variome Project (HVP) studies the simple nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) produced by the effect of evolution as well as give rise to the variability of the genotype in the population. They discuss the P450 cytochrome super family of enzymes which is one of the main targets of analysis in pharmacogenomics. |
