The article discusses the workforce in the aerospace industry based on a study which was carried out by the magazine. The study found that commercial companies such as Boeing, Airbus, and their suppliers are increasing hiring, while the space industry and defense companies have laid off employees. Young professionals in the private space venture industry, concerns about hiring skilled workers, and recruiting strategies are examined. |
