Presents the functional outcome of patients having a symptomatic clavicular midshaft nonunion treated with intramedullary Rushpin fixation and autogenous bone grafting. Use of hand-held dynomometer to measure isometric strength of the shoulder; Necessity of tissue dissection and periostal stripping; Use of Constant-Murley shoulder score to evaluate both shoulders. |
