Abstrakt:	The article offers the authors insights on his experience and observations on the Japanese utopia during his business trip and vacation in Tokyo, Yokohama, and Kyoto, Japan. The author states that he was invited to have a couple of talks at a meeting on brain tumor surgery in the country and he and his wife, Andrea have enjoyed the country's hospitality. He adds that the country was still struggling to recover after the Sendai earthquake that hit the country on March 11, 2011.
