Abstrakt:	The article deals with business and investment prospects in Canada. Foreign investment in the country is controlled by the Investment Canada Act (ICA), which is enforced by Industry Canada on various industries like nuclear fuel production, financial services, and transport services. The Budget Implementation Act provisions were amended in to the ICA in March 2009 to evaluate foreign investments as possible security threats for 45 days.
