Abstrakt: | The article discusses the advantage of using digital portfolios to support the development of students with disabilities as they transition through secondary education. It mentions that secondary students with disabilities are more motivated when they take part in their educational planning meetings and transition as active members with duties. It states that to promote activities related with the development of a digital transition portfolio is a strategy to back the development of self-advocacy skills by offering students with opportunities to practice functioning as their own advocate and being self-determined. |
