The article presents a case study of two mares aged 6 and 8 years that presented wound at neck and pectoral region. The mares were applied with martingale rope and debrided and dressed with bismuth iodoform paraffin paste (BIPP), and were administered with ceftriaxone, meloxicam, tetanus toxoid and dexamethasone. The article discusses management of mares' wound at neck and pectoral region using martingale rope. |
