Abstrakt: The article focuses on the impact of school discipline policies on students who are suspended, expelled or arrested, and the use of education clauses to contest the policies. It is noted that schools have gone into using police officers, canine dogs, and police special weapons and tactics (SWAT) teams in the attempt to maintain discipline. It is also outlined that zero tolerance policies within schools have no impact on the rate of school violence and crime.
