The article discusses the Cannonball Motorcycle Run, a 3,294-mile event founded by South Dakota-based master restorer Lonnie Isam Jr. The 16-day event featured vintage motorcycles which run from North to South Carolina. The event was divided into single-cylinder machine, twin-cylinder machine and bikes with or without transmissions/clutches categories. Some of motorcycles which participated in the event were the 1913/1914 Sears owned by Matt Olsen and a 1913 Excelsior owned by Mike Vils. |
