| Abstrakt: | The article discusses a practical proficiency exam developed to assess the competency of staff members of the Pennsylvania State University Milton S. Hershey Medical Center's (HMC) Department of Pathology Clinical Laboratory Specimen Processing Area (SPA). It is given that prior to the hands-on practical, the staff were required to review a practical study guide. It is suggested to increase staff awareness regarding accurate tracking. |
