The article focuses on the judicial restrictions and limitations regarding the role of paralegals when assisting a trial. It explores the experience of a graduate from a paralegal program at Clarion University of Pennsylvania during a case trial, in which the graduate was employed by a law firm located in Erie, Pennsylvania. It discusses the survey that was conducted in Pennsylvania regarding the restrictions of court judges on the role of paralegals during a case trial. |
