| Abstrakt: |
The article describes three cases of hemophagocytic syndromes in adult intensive care units. The first patient experienced fever, coryza and abdominal pain. She was treated with dexamethasone, etoposide, cyclosprine and rituximab. The second patient developed symptoms such as fever, weakness and hepatic and renal failure. Meanwhile, the third patient experienced abdominal pain and jaundice. |
