Abstrakt: The article presents a study on the pollen-food syndrome (PFS), which is associated with panallergens sensitation. The sensitation profile and clinical phenotype of 24 PFS patients were studied at an allergy clinic in Great Britain. A standardized questionnaire administered by physician was used to assess food allergies on 38 relevant plant-derived foods while donor serum analysis was done via solid-phase microarray assay. Result shows that not all patients suffer from spring rhinitis.
