In this article the author discusses the value of accountability in family and consumer sciences (FCS) professionals in relation to its program efforts in the U.S. She mentions the issue regarding the termination of majors and doctoral programs by universities in 2010 due to reduce funding. Also discussed are the various programs including Cooperative Extension Program Evaluation Survey (CEPES) and the Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP). |
