| Abstrakt: |
The article describes the case of a 24 year old mother who was diagnosed with adrenocortical carcinoma with pulmonary metastases. She was given mitotane daily to suppress her adrenal cortex and glucocorticoid and mineralocorticoid replacement therapy. She became pregnant at age 27 while on mitotane and adrenal replacement therapy.The pregnancy was successful despite fetal exposure to mitotane and dexamethasone. |
