Reform processes in education have brought up a number of new things in terms of teaching modernization, especially its rationalization and efficiency. Since the teaching is always the current problem, as such also represents a topical issue: how to educate and train staff in the highest level of efficiency and rationalization in order for them to carry out the tasks effectively. Here we were interested in efficiency of two different (both analytical and complex) methods of Internal Affairs College student training out of Special Physical Education program. The research was organized based on sample of 59 male and female respondents (46 male and 13 female respondents), where, based on dexterity achievement results were formed two mixed homogeneous and even groups. The education was happening according to provided teaching plan and program and lasted for 26 hours. After testing conducted with application of appropriate statistic procedure the results were given, based on which it is possible to determine that the complex training method is, concerning adopting relatively compound dexterity programs, more efficient than the analytical method.
