Abstrakt: |
The article presents a study on the hybridization rate of critically endangered Forest Owlet Athene blewitti and Spotted Owlet Athene brama in northern Maharashtra, India. It states that the owls are considered to be critically endangered species and the research expedition was closely monitored by forest rangers. Moreover, the research shows that demographic factor affects the population of owls which allowed the species to cross the limit barrier for hybridization to occur. |
