The article discusses a study which analyzed the ratings of higher-level personnel. It states that the a procedure was developed to make assessment ratings' systematic validation possible, in which the individual ratings were created at every stage in the evaluation procedure. It says that the company information was used as the background for test battery reflection, for the interviewers, and for the individual making the final report. It adds that the study dropped anything except assessment report's memory traces as a contaminating factor. |
