| Abstrakt: |
The article discusses a study which assesses problems related with the measurement of the ability and administration of Seashore-Bennett Stenographic Proficiency Tests. The study presented preliminary data on 52 stenographers employed at Standard Oil Co. in Ohio, 39 stenographic trainees in business, and two clerks at Test Division of Psychological Corp. Results show that Stenographic Proficiency Test is a valid tool in measuring stenographic competency. Moreover, three coefficients of reliability have been computed. |
