| Abstrakt: |
The article presents a study of the technological development and the use of automated teller machine (ATM) in the banking industry in Nigeria. The study, which involves three banks in the country, revealed that most respondents opted for the human teller because of the flaws associated with the use of ATM. It also concludes that the proper environment for internet banking is not in existence in Nigeria due to the presence of frauds and lack of proactive measures by the government. |
