| Abstrakt: |
The article discusses a study which investigated the use of amphoteric hydrogels for immobilization of enzymes using the template polymerization technique. Hydrogels were prepared from poly(acrylic acid) and dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate monomer by the authors. It was observed that the new immobilized enzyme demonstrated a significant improvement in its activity. |
