Abstrakt: The article presents a study that examined the effects of caffeine ingestion on anaerobic performance and rate of muscle fatigue in young men and women. In comparison with placebo, caffeine ingestion had no impact on anaerobic performance parameters, that is, the Relative Peak Power (RPP), Relative Mean Power (RMP), Fatigue Index (FI), and Peak Power Instant (PPI). There is no impact on the rate of muscle fatigue with caffeine ingestion.
