Abstrakt: The article focuses on a study which examined the crystallization behavior and crystallization kinetics of isotactic polypropylene (iPP) modified by long-chain branching (LCB) high-melt-strength iPP. Results of the study showed that there was a direct correlation between LCB-iPP content and crystallization in the isothermal crystallization and nonsiothermal crystallization processes. It also found that the occurrence of the LCB structure led to a decline in the fold-free energy.
