The article discusses the need to accelerate action on judicial emergency vacancies in the Courts of Appeals and District Courts in the U.S. According to the author, judicial emergency, which is defined as any vacancy in the courts, should be addressed immediately since such vacancies impact the federal courts and impede their capacity to function at their fullest. It further explains that the large number of vacancies prevents the timely administration of justice in the federal courts. |
