The article focuses on the commitment of the Federal Bar Association (FBA) to expand the dialogue on the judicial vacancy issue in the U.S. It mentions that FBA co-sponsored with the Brookings Institution in Washington D.C. a seminar focusing on the judicial nominations and confirmation process. It also sends a letter to 100 Senators notifying them of the judicial vacancy issues and distributes an opposite the editorial page on judicial vacancies to newspapers. |
