The article presents arguments regarding the failure of the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) Revised Article 9 to address bankruptcy function in the U.S. It highlights the improper use of state uniform laws revision procedure to overhaul the federal bankruptcy law. It also notes the issue about the expansion of proceeds' definition under the Article 9. |
