Abstrakt: The article discusses a court case between Stern and Marshall concerning the authenticity of bankruptcy judge in deciding on counterclaims. The case occurred when Vickie Lynn Marshall, who was known for her stage name Anna Nicole Smith, filed for bankruptcy protection after the death of her husband Howard Marshall, while his son, Pierce, admitted that Marshall disrespected Pierce for blaming him of disrupting the plans of his father to financially support her. The Ninth Circuit court revoked the defamation claim and counterclaim in favor of Pierce.
