Abstrakt: The article discusses a court case wherein Jennifer Crabb has filed discrimination and retaliation claims against Southern Illinois University (SIU) School of Medicine under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The school has terminated Crabb in November 2008 for not providing the required documentation from her doctor to support her absence from work. The U.S. District Court has granted summary judgment to the school and rejected Crabb's retaliation claim.
