| Abstrakt: |
The article discusses a review of the legal issues concerning maliciously inflicted economic harm according to Canadian law. It argues that the concept of unlawful means standard should be taken into consideration with regards to negligence law, law of civil conspiracy, and inherently unstable. The author asserts that legal malice standard is preferred for crimes and torts. |
