| Abstrakt: | The article focuses on the data presented by Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1979 which reveals that the oil production in Saudi Arabia could face more technical problems if it attempts to sustain its production more than it does at the present levels. It cites the factors that make any analysis of Saudi production capacity highly speculative including the volatile politics of world oil production and the chaotic Middle East situation. The analysis reveals that the Saudis have been able to stabilize prices. |
