The article focuses on a seminar on construction litigation issues in the U.S. held during International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) conference in October 2006, in Orlando, Florida. The seminar discussed three key contractual provisions which are found in construction contracts in the U.S. and also examined the impact they have on the final resolution of any dispute involving their application. |
