Abstrakt: The article focuses on the alternative explanation for temporary brittle bone diseases (TBBD) against suspected non-accidental skeletal injury (NASI). It says that NASI has a medicolegal explanation for parents and children. It states that experts in Great Britain must give impartial and balanced evidence to assist in the court. Moreover, C. R. Paterson proposed TBBD as a transient predisposition to fracture with normal handling force, proven biochemical abnormalities, and without any bruising.
