Abstrakt:	The article reports on the use of managed pressure drilling (MPD) in Algeria to drill fractured reservoir. The previously undrillable fractured reservoir at Nezla Field is located between Hassi Messaoud Field and Rhourd de Nouss Central Field in the Triassic Basin. It is informed that the field earlier had total fluid losses leading to gas kick events.
