| Abstrakt: | The article focuses on the statements of professors in Egypt on their protest on the freedom and funds for science and technology in the country. Yasser Kadah notes that as President Hosni Mubarak stepped down, a sense of relief is felt and that universities can maintain security. Hassan Talaat cites various concerns in public universities such as not having a decent income and lack of research funds. Maged Al-Sharbeny adds that increase resources is needed for science and technology's future. |
