The article reports that an ordinance and permit affecting in-water hull cleaning in San Diego Bay in California has been postponed by San Diego Unified Port District members. The decision was taken after divers, sailors and port officials decided more time was required to clarify few key issues. Karen Holman, the port's program manager for the copper reduction program, said that they want to assess the comments they've received from the people on the issue. |
