Abstrakt: The article presents research on the negotiation and resistance of one Native American faculty member and one Native student to the cultural context of their White university campus. It says that data were gathered through an interview and electronic mail journal (e-journal) to know how the two Natives negotiated their cultural isolation and resist oppression. It cites that both Natives resist the racisms that they encounter and keep their positive cultural self-identity to deal with oppression.
